We sell motorcycle parts and accessories and other hardware tools and miscellaneous accessories to consumers in the USA and Canada. Orders can be placed as a guest or by creating an account. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We accept debit cards, credit cards, and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of order.

• We ship to addresses in the USA and Canada.
• Delivery times are typically 1–5 business days but may vary based on location and courier delays.
• We use all major carriers operating in the USA and Canada.
• There are no shipping restrictions at this time.
• Shipping costs are borne by Kapscomoto for delivery to the customer.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons: damaged items, incorrect fit, customer dissatisfaction, or other reasonable circumstances.
• To initiate a return, contact us by email or phone.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Once the returned product is received, a 100% refund will be issued for the product price.
• Shipping charges for delivery to the customer are non-refundable.

• Orders may be cancelled before 2:00 PM EST on the day of shipping by contacting us by email or phone.
• If the order has already shipped, customers must return the item.

• All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
• Beyond the 30-day period, products are sold "as is" with no further warranties, express or implied.
